In fact, the cancellation email I did receive says 'cancellations are accepted up to 48 hrs before arrival with a full return of deposit'. Now they are refusing my refund saying it was a non-refundable reservation.? I looked everywhere on their website for their cancellation policy prior to cancelling, nowhere did it mention non-refundable if it is cancelled so far in advance.
The person I spoke to on the phone did not mention that I would not be receiving a refund if I cancelled. Cancelled via phone call it a few days later since I found a better price at a hotel that was actually ON the strip.
Never received a confirmation email for my reservation. Read the fine print very very carefully before booking here! I made a reservation 2 months in advance.
